On 12 February 2026, an online working meeting of the consortium of the Erasmus+ CBHE project “Good Governance Practice: European Experience for Ukraine” (EG4HDCEEU4UI) took place with the participation of the Project Officer of the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), Xavier Flament.
During the meeting, partners discussed key issues related to the initial stage of project implementation. Particular attention was paid to organisational aspects of launching project activities, alignment of the project timeline, definition of performance indicators, and procedures for internal coordination among partner institutions.
Special consideration was given to the development of the Project Management Plan, which will define the principles of partner cooperation, monitoring and reporting mechanisms. The concept of the future project website was also discussed as a key tool for communication and dissemination of results.
The meeting marked an important transition from the formal project launch to its practical implementation. The participation of the Project Officer enabled partners to clarify procedural requirements and avoid typical early-stage mistakes, which is crucial for the successful implementation of Erasmus+ projects.
At the same time, the discussion demonstrated that the project has the potential to become not only an educational initiative but also a platform for introducing modern governance approaches in Ukrainian universities, bringing their management practices closer to European standards.
