Representatives of the Ukrainian National Police participated in the international UPN Staff Days 2025 in Paris

On November 17-19, 2025, Tetyana Solodzhuk, Head of the Project Management Department, and Volodymyr Kurtyanyk, Specialist of the Educational and Scientific Center for Research, Projects and Scientific Information participated in the international UPN Staff Days 2025, which were held at the University of Paris-Nanterre (UPN), France for representatives of administrative departments of universities – participants in the EDUC alliance.

The training was held over three days and brought together managers of European educational and scientific projects from different countries of the European Union, becoming a platform for professional dialogue, forming partnerships, and joint planning of future initiatives.

Special attention was paid to the exchange of practices in the implementation of Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe projects. During thematic workshops, the preparation of applications, search for partners, management features, communication with grant offices and dissemination of results were discussed. In separate discussion sessions, participants shared their experience in project management at different stages: from idea formation to impact assessment and planning of further cooperation.

University representatives also presented ideas that could become the basis for new international partnerships. This format made it possible to find like-minded people, discuss possible topics for joint applications, and lay the foundation for developing joint projects in upcoming EU competitions.

The final sessions addressed the possibility of creating a permanent network of European project managers, which would facilitate effective communication, continuous exchange of experience between partner universities, and allow for deeper cooperation between higher education institutions, particularly in the context of university alliances.

Carpathian University continues to be an active participant in the international project community and is working to expand its presence on the European educational and scientific map.
